Technical characteristics


1. The main large castings are designed with optimized finite element analysis methods, so that the load-bearing distribution of each part of the machine tool is reasonable and the load-bearing safety factor is high. All large castings are made of FC30 cast iron and cast by the Meehanite casting method. All large castings have undergone strict annealing treatment to completely eliminate internal stress. Therefore, the entire machine tool has excellent rigidity, stability, and accuracy retention. The optional 2000x2500mmx0.001 degree rotating table can load up to 15tons.


2. Base


The X-axis and Z-axis bases have a "T"-shaped structure and a rectangular force design. The X-axis adopts a square-shaped hard rail design. The surface of the rail is high-frequency heat-treated, and the surface hardness is above HRC52°. After grinding, the sliding surfaces are all pasted with Turcite-B wear-resistant resin.


To ensure the resistance and stability of the machine during heavy cutting.


The Z-axis adopts three 65mm roller-type linear slide rails, and each rail has four sliding blocks. At the same time, the rigidity and friction coefficient of the Z-axis travel direction are taken into account. All track surfaces of the X and Z axes are located directly above the main wall or main rib. The thickness of the main wall and main rib is increased by 1 to 2 levels (25%~40% thicker) than usual to ensure the smallest deformation of the machine during operation quantity.


3. Upright


The column guide rail adopts a rectangular hard rail design. The surface of the guide rail is high-frequency heat treated, and the surface hardness is above HRC52°. After grinding, the sliding surface is pasted with Turcite-B wear-resistant resin. The widened spindle design can ensure that the machine is required for heavy cutting. The resistance and stability.


The Y-axis column adopts a double-wall design. Both the main wall and the main rib are thickened by one level, which is more than 25% thicker than normal to ensure the smallest deformation of the column when the machine is doing heavy cutting. The counterweight design is adopted to improve the stability of the headstock during operation. The counterweight bracket adopts double chains (plate chains) and an automatic lubrication system, which increases the safety factor by more than 2 times.


4. Spindle box


The main shaft box adopts a cage-shaped stiffener design with high strength and high rigidity. This series adopts an internal self-made gear transmission, high and low gears 3:5 and 1:4, matched with an external gear transmission 1:4 (1:5.5 optional) , The highest gear ratio is 1:16 ((1:22 optional). The maximum torque of 22/26KW spindle motor can reach 2646Nm, and the appropriate spindle motor can get the ideal transmission torque, which is suitable for heavy cutting and high-precision boring processing. The spindle unit adopts a long sleeve design to increase the bearing span to increase the load capacity of the spindle and reduce the amount of overhang when the W axis is extended.


5. Workbench


Reinforced structure, select 2000x2500mm, can carry 15Tons with positioning pin per 90°, and can also choose the same-moving rotary table according to customer needs, which can meet the requirements of four-axis simultaneous processing.


6. Others: Optical scales are configured for all three axes. The "T"-shaped structure design can be matched with various workbenches with different requirements for customization.


7. Lubrication device


Automatic lubrication system, using closed-pole continuous lubricating machine, can ensure enough lubricating oil for each lubrication point; each sliding surface and ball screw are distributed according to the oil path, and the oil volume is controlled separately. The cycle lubrication time can be set according to needs, with Low oil control device.


The cooling water tank uses a split design, so that the chips are easy to clean and the cooling water is easy to replace.


 8. Tool magazine


The tool magazine has 40 tool magazines. The tool holder is positioned in the tool magazine, driven by the hydraulic motor, which can quickly and accurately locate.


9. Iron filings removal


The screw type chip remover is installed in front of the Z-axis base, which can easily remove a large amount of iron chips falling on the processing area.
