Explanation of maintenance methods of five-axis machining center

1. Appearance maintenance: Adhere to the internal and external appearance of the five-axis machining center machine tool. Mainly remove iron filings, oil stains and other debris in the machine platform, workbench, and three-axis telescopic shield.


2. Air source maintenance: Check whether the pressure of the pneumatic control system is normal, whether there is any air leakage, and keep the pipeline unblocked;


3. Cooling water tank maintenance: check the liquid level regularly, add coolant (or water) in time, and replace it regularly.


4. Electrical cabinet maintenance: check whether the cooling fans are working properly, and clean up the dust and debris on the fans and filters in time.


5. Tool magazine maintenance: insist on cleaning and place the tools in a regular manner. Before operation, check whether the tool magazine is operating normally, whether there is any messy tools, or dropped tools, etc., and the handle screws should not be loose and rough.


6. Lubricating oil maintenance: Check the oil quantity of the spindle oil cooling oil tank and whether it is working normally, and increase the cooling oil in time; check the oil quantity of the guide rail lubricating oil tank, if the oil quantity is insufficient, increase the oil in time.


7. Peripheral site maintenance: clean the iron filings and debris around the equipment daily, adhere to the regularity of the surrounding sites, and place the workpieces in a regular manner. ,


8. Hydraulic oil maintenance: Whether there is abnormal sound of the oil tank hydraulic pump, whether the working oil level is normal, increase the hydraulic oil in time, whether there is leakage in the pipeline and each joint, and whether the pressure of the pressure gauge is normal.


9. If necessary, be able to do the evaluation of the worn-out of the machine tool to fully understand the condition of the machine tool.
