Technical characteristics

The three-axis adopts precision linear rails, which can move quickly and support heavy loads to ensure precise positioning.

The widening design of the bottom of the main column strengthens the contact surface and improves the stability and shock resistance of the machine during processing.

The head is equipped with a spindle air blowing device as standard, and an optional spindle oil temperature control can be added to reduce the heat generated by the spindle due to high-speed operation, ensure the accuracy of the spindle, and extend the life of the spindle.

The periphery of the spindle is designed with grooves for cooling circulation.

Precision ball screw

The three-axis adopts C3 precision ball screw, with pre-tension design, which eliminates backlash and temperature rise and thermal displacement in advance, demonstrating the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine.
