U6 series


Good performance 5-axis machining center machine


No matter how difficult the processing angle is; no matter how tedious part processing is, U6 series gives you the best processing performance, high speed, high precision, and faster processing speed.


Songwei U6 five-axis machining center machine adopts high-rigidity structure, one-piece movable column design is extremely sturdy, and the high load capacity of the worktable makes your processing more convenient. Smaller footprint and larger processing space. Equipped with a German Siemens controller, high precision, high stability, and better cost performance, it is your solution for five-axis entry processing.


Advanced B/C axis rotating table.


The maximum table load is 300 kg (horizontal direction).


The B-axis rotation range is -50° ~ +110°.


The standard is equipped with 32 knife chain plate type tool magazines.


It is equipped with BBT40 tool holder as standard and 12,000 rpm direct-drive spindle.


Good five-axis simultaneous motion and 3+2 axis machining performance, especially used in automobiles, aerospace, machinery and other high-precision machining industries, and can complete complex machining parts.


The U6 series not only provides standard direct-drive spindles at 12,000 rpm, but also provides optional 15,000 rpm so that customers have different machining options.


Better structure design


The mechanical structure is analyzed by components and adopts high-pressure casting structure. The beam, column and saddle are integrally formed with perfect design.


The rigid base can provide dual-axis rotating/rotating table (B/C axis). X and Y axis combined with cross slide to ensure high stability and machining accuracy.


The dynamic column structure design provides the best structural rigidity and at the same time has the least installation range.


The column adopts a one-piece thick rib structure, and each side has 4 large linear motion blocks to support the saddle-to maintain stability and rapid processing on the Y axis.


High-efficiency chip removal device


The ring-shaped water jet of the spindle is combined with the chip flushing design of the base, and it is matched with a chain plate iron chip conveyor to provide high-efficiency chip removal ability to ensure stability and better processing accuracy.


For some processing fields, such as deep hole processing or high-speed drilling and drilling, it is recommended to match the spindle center water outlet.
