Technical characteristics

·W-axis is a square ram type, with an extension of 600mm (800mm optional).

· Ⅹ-axis hard rail type · wiring rail type is also optional.

·Y-axis four-track support·Two 55mm wave column linear rails on the front and three sliders on each rail, and two 35mm roller linear rails on the back with two sliders on each rail. When the W axis is extended, it can effectively suppress the amount of sagging.

·The spindle head is lack of Chinese style, and the rigidity is very good.

·Z-axis four 55mm roller linear rails, strong rigidity and high stability.

·The column adopts a double-walled structure and an ultra-high rigid body structure with excellent precision performance.

·Y-axis adopts Ø63mm; C3-level precision lead screw is equipped with four branch rails, which is stable in operation and excellent in rigidity.

·The counterweights are arranged on both sides of the column and distributed evenly, supplemented by linear guide rails, so that the head moves up and down more smoothly.
